Kaitlyn D. Hamilton (they/her) is a writer, curator and artist. They are the co-founder and director of TUO TUO (est. 2020) an ecological art space and residency located in rural Finland. Their practice is multidisciplinary with a strong emphasis on writing and language, involving elements of publication, installation, and performance. Plants, ecologies, esotericism, and inner worlds are recurring themes in her writing and in the participatory art forms she creates. Their work seeks to connect the layers of the unbearable realities of a rapidly changing planet with the evidence of resilience that surrounds us, that is us, that of nature.
