160g Horsetail
Split up the collected Horsetail in a bath with roots and lower part of the plant, create another dye bath with the greens.
Bring the plant material to a boil in water. Leave it over night.
The next day, 50g wool in “Roots-bath”
50g wool and silk (treated with 10% weight of fibre Alum over night in “greens-bath”…this looks more rosé/colorful.
Heat it up, let it simmer for 3 hours, leave it in the dye bath over night.
Used too little water, as not all of the wool was covered. The “roots-bath” looked more brownish.
